Wisdom of the Wildflowers

At Wild Carrot Herbals, we are passionate about using natural and sustainable ingredients in our products, and our Wildflower Prairie Body Oil is no exception. This special body oil is made in honor of the unique and beautiful ecosystem found on the Zumwalt Prairie, just up the road from us.

The Zumwalt Prairie is the largest bunchgrass prairie left in North America, and it is home to a diverse array of plant and animal species. The wildflowers that grow close to the ground on this exposed prairie are particularly beautiful and unique. While we never harvest from this tender area, we do incorporate the botanical wisdom found here.

We use arnica, yarrow, elderberry, St. John's Wort, and ponderosa pine needles in extra-virgin, organic olive oil, all of which are carefully sourced and ethically harvested. We also use locally grown hemp seed oil and rose hip seed oil, which are known for their moisturizing and nourishing properties; the perfect solution for hydrating your skin after a day spent outside. Its refreshing essential oil blend will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day.
