Yerba mansa treats inflammation of mucosal tissues while white oak bark and witch hazel are both astringents that help to shrink swollen vessels. Love it. I have used it 2 times and I can tell the difference. I only had a little irritation before I received the product and I can tell it’s working so far. Very clean products also. Very satisfied
There are other products on the market, but I find this one the best. It does the job with natural ingredients. I will continue to use.

I was an on-set stylist for many years and carried this in my tool kit to prep camera-ready skin. It was common for male talent to shave just before arriving to set and so I'd get dabs of this on them with a q-tip quickly to soothe redness & irritation. Personally I use all the time on my cuticles. In between acrylic manis, my cuticles get messy and sometimes will tear and bleed, and this balm helps stop bleeding & zaps the pain. I do actually get fissures/hemorrhoids and bought it for that purpose originally. I think I have used it once or twice there but it's much more common for me to use it on my cuticles now. I love this brand and I'm so happy I discovered them while I was living in Oregon!
