Clinically proven to be anti-inflammatory, borage seed oil is high in essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins that help to calm, nourish and balance the skin. While we include a very small amount of blue tansy and green myrtle essential oils for their skin-calming properties, we do consider this to be an unscented product as the fragrance is very light. My can surives on borage butter cream. It hydrates beautifully without too much scent. It's not oily or heavy.
I bought this randomly years ago in a store that I don't remember, but after trying several other face creams, this is the one that I wanted to return to. I love the smell, the texture, and the way my skin feels after using it. It's the one I'm going to stick with.
Great! Been using the borage cream for years, the sun solution is newer for me- and is great too.
I loved this cream at first but it makes my skin red and hot. I believe it is from the blue tansy oil. I also have had that reaction to the blue tansy moisture (tried that first). Very unfortunate. Be careful if you are sensitive to blue tansy.
Took me awhile to adjust to the thickness of this cream. Once I figured out how to apply it I love it. I was using too much and it never absorbed. Now I love it 😀
