To boost the many benefits of rosehip seed oil, we've added raspberry seed oil to this serum. Raspberry seed oil confers many of the same benefits of rosehip seed oil but also contains ellagic acid, an anti-aging compound which protects against ultra-violet damage, reducing collagen destruction and inflammation. Raspberry seed oil also helps to prevent moisture loss from the skin, improves the skin's suppleness, and can be useful against eczema and psoriasis. I love how this serum feels on my skin. I use it under my moisturizer. I have had comments that my skin glows.
I use this after a hydrating mist and top with the borage butter or saffron moisturizer. After a week of use, I would say it's good, and smells really nice, but the results are not as immediately noticeable as with the Sun Salutation serum. Maybe it will make more of a difference over time.
I've been enjoying using the Sun Salutation Serum and thought I'd give another Wild Carrot serum a try, especially since my T-zone has been very dry and that part of my skin has had difficulty absorbing moisturizer or tallow. I have eczema and also wonder if I got too much sun exposure on my face. Anyway, I really like this serum so far. It seems to be quickly absorbed and my skin has softened a bit. The serum feels good but not too oily on my skin. The smell is warm and not overpowering.
Love this serum. 3-4 drops is the perfect amount to pat on my skin after washing and toning.
